Beginning June 19, as a Cincinnati policyholder, you’ll now have the ability to choose how to receive your premium refund, allowing for quicker and more secure processing.   Eligible policyholders with qualifying policy transactions will receive a safe and legitimate email from cinfin@paymentus.com with the subject “CSU Producer Resources Inc. – Electronic Premium Refund Available” or “The Cincinnati Insurance Company – Electronic Premium Refund Available” asking you to choose how you’d like to receive your electronic premium refund from our third-party vendor Paymentus’ secure payment website.   If you have questions, please contact Policyholder Services, 888-242-0888.   Thank you for allowing us – along with your independent agent representing Cincinnati – to serve you.
