Please note for all policyholders:

  • Beginning September 1, 2026, where permitted, payments made by credit card may be subject to a processing fee of up to 3%. This fee is charged by our third-party payment processor and is nonrefundable. To avoid this fee, please consider using an alternative payment method.
  • All online and phone payments confirmed prior to 3 p.m. Eastern are applied the same day.
  • Payment options are subject to availability and may not be available for all policy types. The Cincinnati Insurance Companies, including our affiliates and subsidiaries, reserve the right to add or remove payment options at any time.
