Online accounts are available for the following policyholders.
Directly billed policyholders can make a one-time premium payment online from your bank account or credit card
using the Pay Now feature.
Where permitted, policyholder payments made by credit card may be subject to a processing fee of up to 3%. This fee is charged by our third-party payment processor and is nonrefundable. To avoid this fee, please consider using an alternative payment method.
Register - Personal Policies
You may set up an account to view your policy or print Auto ID cards and to pay your premium online if you receive your bill directly from Cincinnati Insurance (not from your local agency) for one of these policy types:
- Automobile
- Homeowner
- Dwelling Fire
- Condominium
- Tenant
- Boat
- Personal Articles
- Umbrella
For payment options on agency-billed policies, please contact your agent.
To set up an online account, you will need the Declarations page from your policy � usually
the second or third page in your policy packet. For your security, please contact your agent
if you cannot locate your Declarations page.
You can register only one User ID per policy, and only one User ID can make payments on a policy, even if the policy insures multiple persons.
After you set up an online account for one of your policies, you can view premiums due
for all related policies and can choose to enroll those policies for online payment.
The same policies eligible for online payments have a pay-by-phone option. Call
800-364-3400 and follow the prompts if you prefer to pay by phone.
