Eligible policyholders with qualifying policy transactions will receive a safe and legitimate email from billpay@paymentuscinfin.com with the subject “CSU Producer Resources Inc. – Electronic Premium Refund Available” or “The Cincinnati Insurance Company – Electronic Premium Refund Available” asking you to choose how you’d like to receive your electronic premium refund from our third-party vendor Paymentus’ secure payment website.
